Shipping

Most jewelry is made to order. Please allow up to five business days for me to make and ship your order. 

All domestic orders are shipped USPS first class mail in a gift box. Please make sure your address is correct. If there are discrepancies between your Paypal address and your shipping address, I may hold the order until I receive confirmation. 

International orders are shipped USPS First Class International. This service does not come with delivery confirmation. If you would like that service, please email me at [email protected] and I can send you an invoice for a different shipping method. I am not responsible to for customs fees or international duties that your local customs may charge. While international shipments usually arrive within 14 days, sometimes customs may hold an item for 8 weeks. Please check with your local post office or customs office for your package. 

Returns

Returns are accepted for 14 days after you receive your jewelry. Please email me at [email protected] to get  a return authorization. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom pieces and sale items are not refundable. 

Care 

All the jewelry on this site is handmade. Please expect slight variations. All metals develop a patina over time. Brass does this pretty quickly. I am a fan of hte natural darkening process. If you are not, please see below about cleaning your jewelry. 

If your jewelry is oxidized silver, you don't need to do anything to clean it. 

If your jewelry is silver with a bright finish or brass, you can use a polishing cloth like these by Connoisseurs. If is very tarnished, you can use a chemical cleaner such as tarnex with a q-tip to clean your jewelry. You must wash it off right away with soap and water and thoroughly dry your jewelry. Any moisture will make brass especially tarnish a green color. 

Please make sure to keep all jewelry dry and away from harsh chemicals. 

Repairs and Refinishing

Please contact me at [email protected] to discuss repairs or refinishing like replacing a patina. Fees are normally nominal.
